Its Advocates of the Royal Court of Jersey are regulated by the Law Society (Jersey). The code of conduct applicable to Jersey Advocates and Solicitors setting out the rules of professional conduct can be found at www.jerseylawsociety.je. The term “Partner” in relation to any entity is used to refer to a partner of Lexstone Lawyers Group.

Lexstone Limited (registration number 119904) is the service company to the group and the non-Jersey legal practice. Its lawyers are qualified in England and Wales, Guernsey, Jersey, Scotland, Republic of Poland, Republic of Panama and the Republic of South Africa. Its registered address is Hawk House, 22 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey JE2 3QA, Channel Islands. The directors of Lexstone Limited are Lucy Egerton-Vernon and Marcus Kraig Stone.

Lexstone Lawyers Group (registration number 30666) is a Jersey common law partnership. A list of the partners can be viewed at its registered office, being Hawk House, 22 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey JE2 3QA, Channel Islands during normal business hours. Lucy Egerton-Vernon and Marcus Kraig Stone.
Marcus Kraig Stone
Marcus Kraig Stone (registration number TCB0293) is registered under the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998 and is regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission to conduct class G trust company business services (directorships).
